If Christian does turn heel do you expect him to win a World Heavyweight Championship?

As we've seen Christian has been trying yet failing to defeat Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight Championship. Rumors have emerged that Christian will soon turn heel, if he does do you expect him to defeat Randy ? Do you expect him to win more titles ? I would find it ludicrous Christian did turn heel and have him being squashed as one.
