What program does Salman Khan from Khan Academy used to make his videos?

I am a tutor myself and recently bought a Bamboo tablet for my computer desktop to start making my own videos as an extra selling point to my clients. I have had it for several days now and have had a hard time finding a good program that I can use in conjunction with video screen capturing software. The "Doodler app" that is available through the Bamboo Dock is a piece of junk. It freezes constantly, barely letting me write anything. Any suggestions of a good program to use would be very helpful. If I cant find something soon, I am just going to get my $200 back and buy something else...
