Why do Democrats think that all Americans are as uninformed and ignorant of facts as their supporters are.?

Paul Ryan's plan to reduce the deficit DOES NOT put old people out on the the street and even it did do these people not have any family to take care of them? Before the liberal started their "cradle to the grave" programs people took care of their own and DID not go over to their neighbor and ask them to pay for health care and retirement. Most thinking people understand that we have to CUT everything to get out of this financial mess. The use of starving old people and children and them dying because they are going to lose health care is just ludicrous if fact stupid. It is almost impossible to believe that there are people who believe such ignorant statements.
