Is Jesus Christ the only son of God?

Well, the bible say he's his only actual son, but we're all supposedly children of his through creation. Of course the trinitarians muddy the whole "son" thing up by picking a few words out of context in the bible, but there is no mistaking that "son" means offspring, not offshoot of one's own consciousness.
