Arrow size for slingbow(marksman folding slingshot)?

what size arrow should i use with a marksman foldinf slingshot that can shoot arrows?i havent bought the slingshot or arrows yet but i want to know what size to get before i do.also how far can i strech the bands before they brake.and what type of arrow is best:carbon,bamboo,fiber galss,etc.?
