Can someone please tell me what you exactly have in your tank???????!?
you need a bigger tank ... 2 gallons is not even enough for a betta ... and shrimp require excellent water quality which is impossible to maintain in 2 mere gallons ... guppies are kept in groups, not just one ... you need to get a 10 gallon tank at the minimum if you want to have some fish and shrimp ... a tank requires a heater, a filter (i would suggest a regular power filter hang on back with a sponge over the intake to prevent shrimps from being sucked up), gravel/sand, bamboo plants are not aquatic plants and you should just keep those in a vase as they will foul your water ... a tank should be cleaned once a week with vacuuming of the gravel and siphoning off about 25% water and replaced with fresh water that has been dechlorinated ... having live plants in the tank is good for water quality but you can also use fake plants too ... i squish my sponge filter once a month or so in siphoned off tank water ... but do know a sponge filter will not keep your tank clean like a power filter will ... use the 2 gallon for the lucky bamboo and maybe add some marimo balls for decoration ... and get yourself a real tank ... 2 gallons and it will be nothing but a hassle and death ... i could not even breed pond snails in 2 gallons and pond snails will breed anywhere ...
